International Partner Development Manager (m/w/d)

To accelerate our international growth, we are looking for an International Partner Development Manager (m/f/d) with vision, a hands-on mindset, and a passion for scalable business models. In this key role, you will identify and develop strategic partnerships in new markets and actively contribute to the global positioning of our technology.

Activities

You will take ownership of developing our international partner network – strategically, independently, and in collaboration with a dedicated team. Your ideas matter, and you’ll help build structures where opportunities are still emerging.

Requirements

• Develop and implement a global partner and channel strategy for both new and existing markets
• Identify and acquire new strategic partners (e.g., distributors, technology partners, system integrators)
• Build a structured partner program including onboarding, enablement, certifications, and incentive models
• Drive revenue growth and achievement of targets through partner channels
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to shape joint go-to-market strategies
• Manage partner communication and continuously expand our partner ecosystem
